People are fascinating and that’s why qualitative research is where my passion has grown over a career of 20 years. I believe it remains the most insightful way to really understand consumer purchase motivations and their relationship with brands.
The goal for me in any project is to understand consumer’s experiences with a brand and the context in which consumers use brands. It’s then, that consumer insights can be revealed that can inform decision making.

I am a full member of the AMSRS and member of the IRG.
