DW consulting is the result of two distinct needs coming together in early 2011 - my desire to focus my research expertise to one project and client at a time; and my clients' need for quality insights that don't cost the earth.
Working on a freelance basis, I now devote my time to helping brands reach out to their existing and potential customers so they can better understand their world. I design and execute every project with these four principles in mind:
Understand and design each study with the business' objectives at the core, not just what suits from a methodology point of view
Deliver insights that can be easily implemented to achieve the business objective
Pro-actively manage all aspects of a client's project so they can get on with what they do best, trusting its all in hand
Meet the budget (....and not a cent more!)
Working with someone new can be fraught with risk, but you can be confident in entrusting me with your insights project as I am a full member for the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS). As a member, I adhere to a range of professional standards and I'm bound to the Code of Professional Behaviour which looks after the interests of research participants, clients and researchers alike.
