Focus People was established in 2005 by Sarah Heath (McCarron).  Sarah's background is in the Advertising industry, working for The Campaign Palace, Clemenger Direct, Y&R Mattingly and freelancing in various Advertising agencies in Print Production and Traffic Management roles.  In 2000, Sarah moved into the Recruitment industry, assisting people finding work in the Advertising and Design industries.  This eventually led to the path of setting up Focus People - recruiting respondents for PAID Market Research Focus Groups.  Sarah is an AMSRS member & all staff are fully trained to adhere to the AMSRS Code of Professional Behaviour.

We are open 7 days per week with our Internal Recruitment Team working various shifts between the hours of:

Monday - Thursday - 9am - 8pm
Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 10am - 2pm
Sunday  - 12noon - 8pm
