GENERAL INFORMATION

Gundabluey Research is a boutique research company that focuses on providing strategic market research to the business to business and service industries.  It draws on the principal’s strength to co-ordinate a range of market research approaches, analytical and statistical skills with a strong business understanding, strategic management skills and excellent customer service.

A major part of the work we conduct is in the business to business sector (B2B). We regularly research micro businesses through to ASX300 companies using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

As the inaugural winner of the Business-to-Business Research Effectiveness Award in 2012 for the NAB Quarterly Business Survey and again in 2014, Gundabluey Research has been recognised as a leader in this field. We have conducted this research for other NAB for over 20 years, and have expanded the base of target of the research from medium to large companies to incorporate different surveys for the SME, ASX300 and property markets, as well as their Corporate Responsibility survey, consumer sentiment survey and wealth, financial hardship, innovation and a number of other ad hoc projects.

Gundabluey Research is a member of AMSRO – the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations, and thus conforms to the Australian Privacy Principles and the maintenance of high quality research standards.

STATEMENT OF KEY PERSONNEL

Sarah Wrigley, Director – has a Bachelor of Management degree from New Zealand and over 20 years of Market Research experience in Australia.  She has worked across a range of industries and has specialised in Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty research, business-to-business research and brand tracking research.  While predominantly a quantitative researcher, Sarah also has extensive qualitative experience, particularly in the business-to-business environment.

Sarah is a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and is certified as a QPMR (Qualified Practicing Market Researcher). Sarah is a Graduate of the AICD and also past Chairman of the Warrandyte Community Bank®, past director of the Board of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria and current director of Fitted for Work.
