Leapfrog Research is an independent agency, created in 1997 to offer clients the opportunity of a close working relationship with a researcher to help them evaluate where they stand now, or to discover their consumer needs.
The company has expertise and over 25 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research. Our extensive experience in qualitative research, exploring the underlying motivational needs and drivers behind consumer behaviour, has led to great insights. We have the energy and motivation to seek out new methodologies, new ways of exploring behaviour, in that quest for insight. Our tailored quantitative studies provide valuable measures of how well companies are tracking, and enhance the exploration.
We have worked with a range of businesses and organisations in both the corporate and government world. Our aim is to gain valuable insight from a customer base, or the users of a service, to assist an organisation in being more focused and delivering to consumer needs, or making leaps into new markets.
