Mint Co-Founder and Director, Melodie Climent is a dedicated market research professional, helping clients better understand their markets and their customers. Having started her career in Sydney, she has worked with some of Australia's leading FMCG brands and marketing teams. She is passionate about research that ensures the best possible products go to market. In this space she has designed and led countless concept, product, packaging, pricing and shopper behaviour research projects, encompassing advanced quantitative techniques such as cluster mapping and choice modelling.
Mint Co-Founder and Director, Marianne is a devoted and enthusiastic social and market researcher. The majority of her experience is grounded in research undertaken on behalf of Federal and State Government departments and agencies, as well as NGOs, centering around social and behavioural research (e.g. social marketing, behaviour change, campaign development and testing, message comprehension, attitudinal exploration, stigma research). She is also well versed in commercial and services research, e.g. customer segmentation, journey mapping, and profiling. Marianne is experienced in the design, implementation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, and enjoys generating insights that can be used to shape and enhance business practice insofar as communication techniques or messages, service delivery models.
