Penfold Research, based in Australia, provides operators in the office products and printing industries with information to assist with planning,
decision making and strategy development. We provide clients with private (customised) research as well as market and sector reports. We combine the industry knowledge of Andrew Penfold gained from working operationally in the industry - with the latest research
techniques, to provide meaningful insights and understanding of the key issues.

Andrew Penfold has been researching the office products market since 1999 and before that worked for a major printer and OP retailer in marketing management.

He has 15 years experience working in the printing and office products market and is the author of "Office Products in Australia" - the market report which has become the industry reference tool.

As well as projects in Australia, Andrew has also completed research and consulting projects in Asia, (Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia) the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman) and New Zealand.

He is a full member of The Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) and has a Bachelor and Masters degree, both in Commerce from The University of New South Wales.
