Formed in 1989 by Lawre Suttor, the agency was purchased by Honeyguide Research Services in 2004 and rebranded to Qualitative Recruitment Australia in 2008 under the helm of Mike Beder.

Collectively, senior management and staff have worked in the Australian market research industry for over 50 years including positions with full-service agencies, group facilities and qualitative recruitment companies. We have firsthand experience from developing a research brief through recruiting, questionnaire design, interviewing, moderating, data capture, analysis and reporting as well as liaising with clients. This enables Qualitative Recruitment Australia to provide a truly value added service.

Our senior management is tertiary qualified, has Qualified Practising Market Researcher (QPMR) accreditation and has wide ranging marketing research and business experience.

We actively participate in the market research industry, with senior staff making significant contributions to the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS). The company is certified to ISO20252 requirements and is a member of the Association of Market & Social Research Organizations (AMSRO) which allows us to operate under the Market & Social Research Privacy Principles (M&SRPP) guidelines.

As a means of demonstrating our commitment to servicing our overseas clients, QRA’s Managing Director is a member of ESOMAR, the Market Research Association (US) and has achieved Professional Researcher Certification (PRC).
