Operating from centralised, fully supervised office. All staff are trained to IQCA standards with many specialising in areas such as cold calling and business or ethnic recruitment.

Extensive Database
SRS has a very extensive database of prospective respondents covering 75 regional towns and cities in Queensland, as well as Brisbane, Gold and Sunshine Coasts. Other methods used to source respondents include cold calling, networking, use of client lists, newspaper advertising and the Internet.

Recruitment Topics
Extensive experience in a wide range of research topics including: public transport, health issues, automotive, political, gaming, travel, banking and finance, education and a huge range of consumer products. SRS is also able to organise respondents with ethnic or indigenous backgrounds, from any age group (including children) and any demographic.

Venues and Accommodation
Our experience and wide range of contacts enables us to offer, at no extra cost, booking of venues for focus groups. You may nominate a preferred venue or we can suggest other options. We can also arrange quality accommodation for moderators in almost any area of Queensland, particularly rural areas where accommodation may be limited.
