John and Janine Chalmers have been operating Viewpoint for over 18 years and bring to the business many years prior experience in the corporate sector, the healthcare industry and the market research profession.

Viewpoint was originally designed as a 'focus group room' facility, primarily to service the market research industry.

However, many of the clients who have visited the venue for the sole purpose of implementing market research and UX projects, now return time and time again to Viewpoint for conferences, video streaming, training, strategy meetings, workshops, think-tanks and interviews.
